tpt home return policy we will issue refunds or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase when presented with both the item (original selling tag attached) and the receipt.

It is tpt home’s policy to issue a merchandise credit, but will also refund in the form paid (cash, check, bank card credit) upon request. We may issue check refunds only after the payment check has cleared our account. We do not accept returns of discounted closeouts, customer specific ordered items, or seasonally themed items (Fall, Christmas, Valentines, St. Patrick’s, Easter, Halloween, and 4th of July).


We also do not accept returns of any items that have been cleaned, washed, or altered from their initial selling condition. All custom floral arrangements, including artificial trees, are returnable, but only for in-store merchandise credit.
